What does our Company do?
We are an Outsourcing Sales Solutions Company. We are contracted to represent a variety of companies that do not have their own sales/marketing teams or find that it is much more economical to outsource the work than to setup a sales team for a short term period. We provide the client base with a dedicated, trained and professional team to represent them.

How do we represent these Companies?
Using Field Marketing, we co-ordinate face-to-face presentations with each potential customer. This is known as the “Human Commercial™”. We do not Tele-market.
How do potential clients know if this approach will work for them?
What are your initial responsibilities?
Clients, companies and areas to market are all provided for you. Your main responsibility is to represent the client in a positive and professional manner and to be as productive as you can with each campaign.
What skills do you need?
A positive approach towards your work. strong communication skills, the ability to work within an enthusiastic environment, the ability to set and achieve targets and the maturity and self-motivation to perform in an unsupervised environment.
How do you perform this work?
Face-2-face marketing and promotions requires us to interact with customers directly. This is conducted by either (1) Road shows: at shopping malls, event locations (2) Business to Business: by making presentations to small/medium sized enterprises; or (3) Community marketing: by conducting personal presentations at a person’s residence.
What impact do you have in representing a client?
The revenue generated for the companies we represent by every individual in our organisation varies from client to client. On average, each individual will generate in excess of £500,000 in income for our clients over the course of a year.
Are there budgets that you have to hit?
No. There are no specific targets required. However, there are certainly standards we aim for and benchmarks required to be met in order to progress and take on more senior opportunities in our organisation.
Will coaching be provided?
Yes, every campaign has its own unique service/product, therefore coaching is specifically provided for each one. We also have our own internal sales/marketing coaching program. This is called the ‘Cycle of Development’. It is an ongoing coaching program in which every individual will progress at their own pace, through to a Partnership level. Assistance is also provided through a mentoring system to support all new individuals in the organisation.
What opportunities do you have?
Due to the fact that our business has been growing from ever-increasing demand from our clients, we are looking to fill the field representative openings through to supervisory level and eventually through to management openings. Our coaching system is designed so that everyone starts with the basics. (Crawl before you walk, walk before you climb etc)
